I heard about the beauty of Yosemite when I was in Hong Kong and I have to say what I saw during the trip was much more impressive than I can imagine. The camping tour was leaded by 2 very experienced and friendly tour leaders. The view from the hill top after a 7 hours hike was breathe-taking. The food they cooked tastes good too. I've been to a number of places in North America and this trip gives me the best experience so far. An A+ tour!"

"I was probably spoilt for my first camping trip - Mike's chili, Jordan's magic potatoes, s'mores, banana boats, campfires, the warmest sleeping bags ever, and great company makes for the perfect trip.
I have never been so scared of heights as I was climbing up the mountain, but also never had so much fun sliding back down it, and the hour or so I spent sitting on the side of it was the most peaceful of my life.
Thanks for another great weekend!"

"An Amazingly Fun Experience!
SoCal were awesome all the way - they came and picked up our boards the night before, had all the surf spots chosen out, camp gear complete, and just made the trip a ton of fun.
First stop at La Fonda were waves were big and challenging but fun, sunset watching dolphins jump in and out of the waves, good dinner at local restaurant, then a nice campfire.
Next stop at Punta San Jose were the surf was small but fun and everyone probably altogether surfed 6-7 hours in the afternoon and the next morning. A lot of fun, awesome remote spot, and once again all round good times with a great crew and a delicious 'secret' recipe Chili dinner!
Definately a trip to remember for a long time!"

"Going on a trip with SoCal Explorers is like road tripping with mates.
Except you dont have to worry about whose turn it is to drive.
Or whether you should stop for gas yet.
The basics are taken care of but there is lots of flexibility, and always the chance that anything can happen.
Be prepared to make new friends, have great conversations, add new music to your list of favourites, eat well and laugh. A lot.

"The Yosemite-Trip was such a great weekend! The day-hike up the mountains resulted in a breathtaking view down and the waterfalls were so beautiful! It was also fun to jump from rock to rock down at the waterfalls... ;)and of course the food was so good at the brunch on sunday (especially the creme brulee...)but of course not as good as the chili at the campfire... ;) Moreover all the animals were so friendly: the deer with its two babies, the blue bird and all the crazy squirrels... :)"

"The Trip to the Sequoia National Park was a great experience! It was totally different than I had expected but it was a lot of fun! I liked the hiking trips to the huge Sequoia trees and the waterfalls. The food was very good, too and I liked the music at the campfire :) "
